Equity

I saw, was part of, and helped create policies and programmes aimed at equity in terms of race and gender within the construction industry. I saw some incredible change – longterm change that benefits all of us and society as a whole. Sure, there is always room for improvement…but that’s the point, to see what works and keep improving. We need to do more…we each have a role…let’s keep going.
